Local emergency managers are a valuable resource for camps. They can help you better understand the risks in your community, connect you with local response agencies, and may even provide planning guidance, preparedness resources, or sample emergency plans.

At Camp Resilience Project, we believe preparedness is strongest when camps have relationships with the people who will support them during an emergency. That's why one of our goals is to help connect camps with their local emergency management agencies and first responders whenever possible.
